Terms and Conditions
Prices are calculated with distance, time of travel and number of passengers taken into consideration. Any changes to initial information provided may be subject to additional charges.
Passengers may receive upgraded car types on company’s discretion where originally chosen vehicle is not available.
All airport pick up’s are quoted exclusive of parking charges.
All prices are quoted exclusive of toll charges.
We offer a 40 minutes complimentary waiting time for all airport pickups from the time of flight landing. Additional charges are payable for extra waiting.
All other journeys are given a 10 minutes complimentary waiting time. Additional charges are payable for extra waiting.
Lost & Found
Passengers are responsible for their possessions while travelling. Where a property is found in one of our vehicles, it will be stored for 28 days. We will be entitled to dispose of such property thereafter as deemed essential.
Ovova reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or object that the driver deems to be likely to cause him or his vehicle harm in whatsoever form. The driver’s judgement will be final.
Neither party shall be liable to damages if there are delays or default in performing agreements if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, insurrections, strikes including failure of suppliers, subcontractors and carriers, bad weather, unusual traffic and/or any other cause beyond control of either party.
All cancellations must be made through our customer service team via email or phone. Journeys cancelled 24 hours prior to dispatch will not incur any cancellation charge. No refunds will be given for all cancellations informed within 24 hours of the booking time.
Cancellation charges are calculated by considering time, miles and incidental cost of the driver.
Refunds will be made after deducting any costs to Ovova. No refunds will be given if the passenger doesn’t show up in time for all pre paid journeys.
